PRODUCT ORDERS

Expect 1 to 3 days to process product orders.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

Going Insane Streetwear only ships throughout the Domestic United States.  All shipments are through USPS only.  Shipments are sent out on Mondays and Thursdays.  If the shipment day lands on a holiday, then it will be shipped on the next business day.  Most orders will have a tracking number provided during processing.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Going Insane Streetwear is following the e-commerce safety regulations, and will not be allowing any exchanges or returns.  All sales are final.  We apologize for any inconveniences, but this is for the safety of our customers, and those of us here at Going Insane Streetwear.

Providing our customers quality products is the priority at Going Insane Streetwear, therefore, each of our products is inspected prior to being shipped.  However, if you have received a defective product, or have received a product that has been damaged in transport, please use the information provided on our “Contact Us” page to contact us immediately.

Design colors displayed on our website have been shown as accurately as possible.  However, it is possible that design colors may vary slightly due to the display characteristics of your monitor or phone screen.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your viewed display of any color will be 100% accurate.
